Annie, my love, my heart’s desire,
I’ll take you to Antarctica, a land of fire and ice and snow.
We’ll venture to the bottom of the world, where few have trod,
And explore the scenery of this frozen continent, so bold.
We’ll see the majestic penguins, in their tuxedos so fine,
Waddling along the shores, with a grace so divine.
We’ll watch the seals and sea lions, as they play in the sea,
And the whales and dolphins, that swim wild and free.
We’ll hike across the glaciers, with crampons on our feet,
And see the ice caves and crevasses, in a world so unique and sweet.
We’ll visit the research stations, where scientists work and play,
And learn about the continent’s secrets, in a fascinating way.
We’ll see the aurora australis, in all its ethereal glow,
And watch the sun rise over the ice, in a sight we’ll never know.
We’ll feel the wind in our faces, and the snow on our skin,
And know that we are in a place, where few have ventured within.
We’ll explore the wildlife, so wild and free,
And see the beauty of this continent, in a way we’ll always see.
We’ll take in the breathtaking scenery, of this frozen land,
And know that our love is strong, in this harsh and beautiful strand.
Annie, my love, my heart beats for you alone,
And in this frozen wilderness, our love will be our guide and our home.
We’ll face the challenges, of this unforgiving land,
And know that our love is strong, in this frozen strand.
So let us venture, to this land of ice and snow,
And explore the scenery, of this continent so bold and so bright.
Let us see the wildlife, and the landscapes so grand,
And know that our love is strong, in this frozen land.
