Beware of dogs, a warning true,
Don’t dare touch the door, if not for you.
They guard their home with loyal might,
And defend their family, day and night.
With beautiful people, they may seem so sweet,
Their tails wagging, their eyes a treat.
But don’t be fooled by their friendly face,
For in the presence of danger, they’ll take their place.
Their grumble grows, their hackles rise,
Their eyes narrow, their teeth surprise.
Intruders beware, they won’t hesitate,
To protect their home, their family’s fate.
So heed this warning, don’t take a chance,
If you’re not welcome, don’t take a dance.
For these dogs are loyal, fierce and true,
And they’ll defend their home, and see you through!
