A pirate stands, with a bird by his side,
A feathered friend, with a message to glide,
A scroll in its beak, with a tale to tell,
Of secrets and treasures, of a story to sell.
The pirate’s eye, with a gleam so bright,
Scans the horizon, for a glimpse of light,
His trusty parrot, with a squawk so bold,
Guards the message, worth more than gold.
The scroll unfurls, with a parchment so fine,
Revealing secrets, of a hidden shrine,
A treasure map, with a path so true,
Leading the pirate, to a prize anew.
The bird takes flight, with a wingspan so wide,
Carrying the message, across the tide,
To a fellow buccaneer, or a mysterious friend,
The pirate’s words, will soon reach its end.
With a flick of his wrist, and a nod so sly,
The pirate sends, his message to the sky,
And waits for a reply, with a heart so light,
For the messenger bird, is his guiding light.
