Rest in peace, mi amor

category

Mi amor, my heart aches with every breath,
Missing you, my soulmate, my forever death.
Our daughters miss their mother, their guiding light,
No one can replace you, in their eyes, in my sight.

I’ll mourn your loss, for all the days of my life,
Longing for your presence, your loving strife.
Raising our girls, has been an adventure true,
But oh, the memories, that bring both joy and rue.

The other day, my heart nearly gave way,
When one of them sneaked out, to see a boy, in play.
It reminded me, of our own secret trysts,
Our youthful love, that burned with wild, sweet mist.

Our children love, with the same passion and fire,
That you and I once had, our love’s highest desire.
Mi amor, rest in peace, your memory stays near,
In my heart, in our daughters’, your love will persevere.

Comment which of the girls looked like the one that sneaked out?
