We are hiring content creators such as writers, designers, info graphics creators, analysts…

gscl.ng in recent time have become a multimedia website with contents from various authors representing their individual opinions and interests such as football #transfer, country specifics like #Italy, while the parent company General Soccer Company Limited remain a company with primary interest in Nigerian Football.

We have clear targets for gscl.ng, and our hires demonstrate passion in numbers achieved.

We prioritise simplicity. We use hashtags such as #footballUnitesTheWorld. We promote positivity.

Any author that shares discriminatory contents, negative celebrity leaks, defamatory statements, misinformation, hates aimed at promoting negativity and harm will be discontinued and such content removed.

Our targets are reviewed quarterly, they are meant to be achievable and surpassed not ambitious. With individuals that contributed to its achievement, acknowledged. Our next review is September 27, 2024.

Our authors leverage clients paid contents. 100% of earnings from client paid contents belong to the author. Client paid contents can be celebrity interview, event coverage or any other content that does not violate our community guidelines.

At this time, our Initial Offer per page view is 1 Naira. At this time, we built in transparency for authors to track the performance of their posts. One dashboard where an author can see his content’s performance, as well as other authors.

This initial offer per page view figure is to be reviewed quarterly. Next review date is September 27, 2024.

Workforce participation and entrepreneurial team spirit

We encourage our authors and staffs to contribute to decision making. We encourage recommendations, so if while working with us you discover something worth sharing with the board, mail the board directly via [email protected]

The board does not penalise our team for not using the right words, we pick vitals from each mail, however keep it simple and use bullet points.
