Healthcare’s high cost, a weight that’s hard to bear
A burden that excludes, leaving many to despair
But wealth and health entwined, a truth we must confess
Quality care for all, a promise we must address
Under my watch, a balance we will strike
Between profit and need, a delicate hike
Institutions thrive, yet people come first
Care for all, regardless of wealth or social burst
Health is wealth indeed, a principle we hold dear
Every American deserves access, year after year
No more unmet needs, no more lives left behind
Quality healthcare for all, a promise we will bind
Let healthcare be a right, not a privilege few can buy
Let every American thrive, with health and dignity high.
